Ms. Watson has served as a Council member since 2002. She has been a strong proponent of completing a network of sidewalks throughout Lyndon as a way to better connect residential areas with local parks, businesses, and other places of interest. Other areas of major concern include better traffic flow and adequate police presence for the safety of all Lyndon residents.
Ms. Watson lives in the Autumn Ridge subdivision with her husband (Ray) and son (Tyler). She recently retired from her position of 24 years as Corporate Controller with Vocational Economics, Inc. Ms. Watson owns White Tulip Studio, where she now works as a jewelry designer, selling handmade jewelry in Louisville, Lexington, and Nashville, Tennessee.
