• Complete our Letter of Compliance form.
• A plot plan of your lot with the addition or new building drawn on it.
• Dimensions of the addition with the set backs from the front, rear, and side yards.

Our City Engineer will review your plans for compliance with city ordinances and zoning laws.  When the Letter of Compliance has been approved you will be notified and can then take it to the Inspections Permits and Licenses office at 444 S. Fifth St. (574-3321) to apply for a Building Permit.
