Ben Robertson, Council Member

 

Mr. Ben Robertson is completing his 2nd year of his first term as a Lyndon Council member. He was elected to the Council in November 2006. Ben lives in Lyndon with his wife Cathy and his dog Simon. Mr. Robertson enjoys working on his house or in his wood shop, mountainbiking, and backpacking with friends from college. He is a Louisville native and attended the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering. Mr. Robertson is a civil engineer specializing in highway design and works for a local engineering company, Gresham Smith and Partners.

Mr. Robertson is working hard to help put Lyndon on the map and to make it a community people enjoy stopping in to visit. Ben is committed to sustaining the quality of life that Lyndon provides to its residents and has many ideas to help enhance the wonderful features our community has to offer. He would like to see Lyndon become a pedestrian and bicycle friendly community by creating a connected network of sidewalks, multi-use paths, and bike lanes.
