MUNICIPAL ORDER ­­­­3-10-26

A MUNICIPAL ORDER RELATING TO ACCEPTING A BID FOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT ROBSION PARK

WHEREAS, the City of Lyndon desires to build a new playground at its Robsion Park and as part of that project the city desires to purchase the playground equipment directly,

AND WHEREAS, Bluegrass Recreational Sales and Installation have a current vendor contract for the state of Kentucky and the City of Lyndon is able under Kentucky Revised Statutes to make use of the state procurement process and purchase the playground equipment at the state contract pricing,

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF LYNDON:

Section 1. That the attached proposal of Bluegrass Recreational Sales and Installation for the purchase of the playground equipment for Robison Park detailed in the attached quote in the total lump sum amount of $418,878.47 be and hereby is approved. The equipment is purchased under the state contract pricing.

Section 2. This Municipal Order shall take effect upon its passage and approval as required by law.
