PVA 2026 Public Meeting - Your Right To Appeal

PVA Community Meeting - Lyndon City Hall - April 14, 2026 - 6:30pm - 8pm

The Jefferson County PVA will mail property assessments on April 24th. The 2026 reassessment covers MLS areas 8 and 9 which stretch basically from the Ohio River to just south of I-64 and from I-264 east to the Oldham County line. If your property value changes, a full-color assessment notice on a large postcard that includes a photo of the property will be mailed to you.

If you believe the assessed value is incorrect, the PVA wants you to know that you have a right to appeal.
